The Challenge

Originally, Gambit Technologies had built their own proprietary recruiting application but needed something offering more capabilities; a software package that would foster the team dimension. They came to realize the fact that they are in the business of recruiting and not the business of software development and were unable to scale their software fast enough to meet growing demands. So, the search began for a solution that would closely mimic Gambit’s team approach to recruiting and for a company that had a progressive approach to the business of recruiting (social media, cloud, email integration, analytics, reporting). They also needed powerful software that was easy to use.
